If buying isn't meant for you right now, no problem, as there are a multitude of properties ready for tenants today!
Most single family property owners will require these items to consider a tenant:
· Lease Application
· Application Deposit (non-refundable)
· Past lease history and/or credit report
· Satisfactory evidence of employment and/or income
· Security deposit equal to the monthly rent upon move-in
To many people, pets are part of the family. Be aware that some owners will have restrictions on pets, their sizes, and sometimes even the breed that the will allow in their property. Take care to learn this information and abide by the rules.
